Hub Financing, LLC is a small business consultancy firm specializing in connecting business owners with niche lenders across the country.

We do not fund deals directly. Our partner network consists entirely of niche direct lenders.

We offer term loans, lines of credit, invoice factoring, cash advances, SBA loans, equipment leasing, commercial real estate loans, HUD loan programs, business credit repair and will occasionally refer clients to our private equity network.

We solve problems for our clients and charge nothing up front to do so. The alternative business lending ecosystem can be confusing and there are many lenders and solutions business owners are simply unaware of. We don't push you to any one particular lender, we act as a strategic, long-term partner with aligned goals.

We'll first schedule a call to better understand your business and goals. After the call, we request a soft credit pull, simple 1-page application and occasionally bank statements. Our goal is to know how to get your request approved before we submit any information to the lender.

Our application takes 10 minutes to fill out. Once you've been pre-qualified, there may be additional information needed.

We'll enroll you in our credit repair or business credit building to get you to "bankable" as soon as possible. We won't turn anyone away, but it is important you take our advice.
